| Crown Mustang is a company in offering the import, sale and production of television, audio and video, and general household appliances, under the trademarks CROWN MUSTANG, MUSTANG, ALFIDE and other local trademarks for the Argentine market. CHALLENGE: Required a secure solution for the interconnection of its offices in Buenos Aires and Tierra del Fuego. SOLUTION: IntermediaSP built a virtual private network (VPN) over the Internet with CISCO equipment, voice over IP, and voice termination services on public network for the transmission of data and voice. We developed and implemented a customized configuration of security policies which offered a 24 hrs monitoring service of the company's connectivity and access to the support call center. RESULTS: Crown Mustang obtained a great reduction of telephone costs and integrated its networks, so that the two offices could operate as if they were one. |

| The company is active in the local and international capital markets, with a staff of technological and human resources, constituted by more than 50 professionals with an ample experience in the stock-exchange business. CHALLENGE: Developing and configuring the corporate network's topology with high standards of security for the interconnection of its offices and the access to its costumers and their account information. SOLUTION: Installation of a Web server in its offices for the Web application. The access to the server is through a reverse proxy with VPN from the IntermediaSP offices. This allows safe access for its costumers to the database located in the central office of the client and interconnection of its offices by means of a VPN linkage. Installation of safe remote access through VPN from PCs with Internet access. Implementation of a customized firewall solution. We offer 24 hrs of monitoring and support services to guarantee the continuous network operation, both in its connectivity and security. RESULTS: The company obtained a high level of customer satisfaction because of the quality of the services offered. Consequently it increased its client portfolio and obtained more customer fidelity. Initial project has been extended to the design of an additional website for its costumers. |

| This company is the most visited retail chain for people that require products for construction, repairs, remodeling or décor of their homes, offices, etc. More than 800,000 clients visit annually their showrooms. They are a leader in the retail segment of construction finishing materials. CHALLENGE: To develop and maintain an application for selling countertops and kitchen furniture. SOLUTION: An application was developed to scan and store in virtual folders sketches drawn by the salesmen. The virtual folder is then sent to the purchasing sector for its approval. The application communicates with the invoicing system to obtain the data from the customer invoice. Purchases verify that the amount invoiced agrees with the sketch drawn by the vendor and, if everything is correct, it sends the order to the supplier through fax or email. After that, the system verifies when the order to the supplier is received and when the it is delivered to the costumer. RESULTS: Because of our implementation of a complete solution, Blaisten reduced errors when generating orders to their suppliers, and diminished the time of delivery of the clients requests. Addtionally, it has avoided the misplacing of the orders, which improved the customer's satisfaction. This application has been in use since 1999. In 2004, it was extended to the sale of bath screens and tubs. |

| The company operates out of 5 locations in San Nicolás, San Lorenzo, Buenos Aires, Campana and Rosario. CHALLENGE: They had an urgent need to access and process real time client data at any of its 5 facilities concurrently. SOLUTIÓN: Alpemar was initially a client for infrastructure services (connectivity, hosting, back-up and security). In response to their requirements, IntremediaSP migrated Alpemar to a Lotus Notes platform and deployed a CRM solution which was replicated to servers at each facility. All customer data is now available locally and the real time data and application access is fast, reliable, and independent of the WAN network conditions. The maintenance and administration of the infrastructure is fully outsourced to IntemediaSP. RESULTS: Alpemar now manages its business from any and all locations with timely and secure information available at all locations, giving management full autonomy. Alpemar's vision to focus on technology investments centralized in IntemediaSP allowed the company to triple the productivity of its employees, maintaining high rates of growth without increasing head count. | The MALBA museum was founded in September 2001 with the objective of collecting, preserving, studying, and exhibiting 20th century and contemporary Latin-American art. MALBA is a private non-profit institution holding and endowment of more than 200 works by the principal modern and contemporary Latin-American artists. CHALLENGE: To maintain a website for museum visitors and community that is attractive, current, functional, and to provide an online sales channel for the museum store. SOLUTION: IntermediaSP migrated the website from another web server to IntermediaSP servers and technologies and provides ongoing editing and periodic web functional and aesthetic upgrades. MALBA uses IntermediaSP's E-mail marketing application provided as an ASP service to keep in touch with its e-mail subscribers. The new online museum store will be published soon, based on IntermediaSP's e-commerce application. RESULTS: MALBA website is now always current and functional with information of interest for art inquiries. MALBA communications weekly with 20,000 e-mail subscribers, with 100 new users registering themselves every week. |

| AGA, a subsidiary of Linde Gas, produces medical and industrial gases and related services. AGA operates worldwide, IntermediaSP works with the South American division starting with Colombia and Argentina, and expanding to all of the Spanish speaking South American countries.
CHALLENGE: They have experienced a loss of sales opportunities, information and customer data due to the lack of centralized information regarding commercial activities. There is a requirement to provide an adequate balance between local conditions and worldwide standards and governance according to policies set in Germany and management responsibility in Brazil. Though AGA and Linde have deployed one of the well known CRM packages in major countries, the cost and complexities of these deployments are far beyond the scale required in South America outside Brazil. A different technical solution was required, adhering to international corporate standards. SOLUTION: The installation of RELAVIS CRM, as a pilot Project in Argentina and Colombia with the aim of continuing the installation in other country subsidiaries. We are providing post installation follow up development, training and support. The RELAVIS CRM solution runs over Lotus Notes, leveraging the CRM deployment over the existing Lotus Notes infrastructure and user knowledge reduce the costs by an order of magnitude, while providing superior functionality due to the tight integration to existing e-mail and Lotus applications. RESULTS: The Equilibrium Project (as named by AGA) has been deployed and is operational in Argentina and Colombia, metrics for the results are forthcoming and the AGA management considers the project a success and is in the final stages of contracting installations in other South American countries. IntermediaSP demonstrated not only technical capacities but management and logistics capabilities in response to the complexities of deploying a solution first proposed in Germany by Norway's ITA AS, contracted in Brazil, and deployed in Argentina and Colombia. As a follow up to the AGA Project IntermediaSP and ITA AS formed an alliance, ITA Global which now includes 5 partners in four continents. |

Through the website, Vajacases.com, the company has established its brand amongst connoisseur technophiles in the US, Europe and Asia. Vaja started as a 'one man' company, the son of a manufacturer of leather belts in Argentina, and an idea: stylish personalized leather PDA cases. In the short span of 2 1/2 years, the company quickly became profitable, employs 43 people, and features 700 articles on the website. CHALLENGE: The challenge was to start small, think big and always remain professional, in the image and in the information. A professional site can be built from scratch with a significant investment, the difficulty was to begin without a large investment, look and perform professionally from day one, and grow with the business. SOLUTION: Today the site has all the essential features required by an e-tailer: - Attractive design, intuitive navigation, shopping cart features - Interface for credit card processing. - Interface for generating the courier shipping orders - Back end catalogue and order administration Beyond practical functionality a key to the business is the personalization of orders, each order shipped is unique, in model, color, and features, down to the embossed name of the recipient. The functionality was added in stages, yet from day one the client could enjoy and trust the Vajacases site thanks to the graphic design, navigation, functional features, and the initial product customization ideas.
