IntermediaSP provides Hosting and Housing services with its own infrastructure and facilities allowing clients to warranty their Internet presence, ranging from hosted web sites through complex solutions in multiple dedicated servers. All services are provided with high availability at each level, starting with the physical infrastructure – controlled energy and environment, redundant connectivity -, logical infrastructure – operating systems, firewall and security, back-up services – up to the application layer. IntermediaSP takes proactive charge at each level, 24 x 7, as contracted by the customer.

Hosting

Hosting services are provided in shared servers in LINUX/PHP and Microsoft environments. Options include self administration, e-mail, multiple domain support, etc, contracted under a variety of service plans.

Housing

Housing services are provided when a client requires dedicated servers, which can be customer owned or provided by IntermediaSP.

Support, Firewalls and data Back-Up

Data center facilities are provided with operation and infrastructure services such as administrative and user support, monitoring 24x7, firewalls and data back up. These services can be contracted individually or in composite packages depending on the customer requirements.

Web and application maintenance

Hosted web sites and applications can be maintained by IntermediaSP personnel within predefined service level agreements.
